Mark Coleman  is a lifelong resident of New York who is dedicated to client satisfaction. Mr. Coleman represents clients in courtrooms throughout New York, New Jersey and the United States.

He skillfully handles administrative, civil, and criminal proceedings. Mr. Coleman has experience on both sides of the courtroom from his time interning at the Kings County District Attorneys Office, where he assisted in the prosecution of hundreds of misdemeanor and felony cases. He further honed his litigation skills representing clients in over a thousand Removal Hearings in New York and across the United States.

As a nationally recognized attorney, individuals and corporations come to Mr. Coleman’s firm for representation in all state and federal criminal matters including murder, wire fraud, white collar crimes, drug trafficking, assault, gun possession, sex crimes, grand larceny, domestic violence, DWI and other serious crimes. Mr. Coleman and his top rated team are also renowned for their work on immigration and deportation matters, with a particular focus on criminal immigration matters.

Mr. Coleman graduated with honors from the Buffalo University of New York with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Psychology and went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from New York Law School. As a member of the New York Law School Fellowship Program, he fought against the debt collection practices of large banks and credit card companies. For the firm’s immigration department, Mr. Schneider directs all cases. As an immigrant himself, Mr. Schneider  personally understands the hardships facing anyone caught in America’s immigration system. His cases include removal defense, applications before USCIS, Department of State, ICE, and CBP, and appeals before the BIA and Circuit Courts of Appeals.

Mr. Schneider likewise advises on immigration and criminal matters for the firm’s other departments, including for clients in the family law department.

Practicing in over 50 jurisdictions, Mr. Schneider often works on post-conviction relief, clemency, record sealing, SORA (sex offender registry) modification, subpoenas, out-of-court settlements for criminal activity, victim representation, extradition, and government investigation with such agencies as NYPD, ACS, New York Board of Education, New York Department of Health, Connecticut Department of Social Services, DMV, New York Department of Labor, Special Victims Units (SVU), Chase Bank, Bank of America, USCIS, FBI, ICE, CBP, Homeland Security Investigations, Department of State, Department of Agriculture, and the USPS.

Before joining Coleman Schneider Law Group, Mr. Schneider practiced a wide range of fields, including corporate transactions, tort and contract litigation, bankruptcy, insurance, and landlord-tenant, among others. As such, he carries a legal sensibility few other lawyers possess. His broad base of knowledge, experience, and singular passion for criminal justice and immigration, atop his significant experience in both, are key to Mr. Schneider’s success when fighting for the rights of his clients.

Admissions to practice law include New York State, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the Southern District of New York, and the Eastern District of New York.

Mr. Schneider received his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he trained intensively with the school’s Criminal Appeals Clinic, and his B.A. from Tufts University, where he graduated magna cum laude.

John Moses is an Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of Coleman Schneider Law Group and an integral part of our Criminal Defense Department.

Mr. Moses is dedicated to achieving the best possible results for those who are facing complex criminal and civil matters. Lane provides the highest level of quality representation and fights aggressively to ensure each client’s rights and best interests are protected. Before joining Coleman Schneider Law Group, Lane practiced in a variety of fields, including civil litigation, family law, and criminal defense.

Mr. Moses received his Juris Doctorate from New England Law Boston where he worked as a student prosecutor for the Roxbury District Attorney’s Office in Boston, MA, as well as held several internships at both civil litigation and criminal defense firms. Lane received his B.S. in Philosophy and Psychology, with a minor in Business from the University of Kansas, Lawrence, KS.

Edmund Drantivy, Esq. provides the highest degree of legal representation and client relations in matrimonial, criminal defense, business, commercial, personal injury, and consumer fraud matters.

Mr. Drantivy upholds a dedicated policy to represent only those individuals and business entities that he believes in and he will only take on cases for which he is willing to fully devote his time and resources.

Mr. Drantivy graduated from the State University of New York at Binghamton with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Economics. He then attained a Juris Doctorate from the Appalachian School of Law. Frank McNamara is an associate with the Law Offices of Coleman Schneider Law Group, dedicated to helping his clients achieve the best outcomes with their criminal and immigration matters.

Frank  McNamara, Esq represents clients throughout the five boroughs of New York, Westchester, Nassau, and the Eastern and Southern District of New York in complex criminal and immigration cases. Mr. McNamara defends clients in all criminal matters from minor offenses to murder charges while obtaining successful results for his clients across the board.

Frank McNamara, Esq has a longtime commitment to Criminal and Immigration Defense. A native of Ireland, FrankMcNamara moved to New York in 2014 and immediately began a career in immigration and criminal defense. He honed his litigation skills representing clients in immigration removal proceedings, in New York, New Jersey and across the United States.

He received a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Accounting from the University of Limerick, Ireland graduating magna cum laude.

Prior to joining the Law Office of Coleman Schneider Law Group, he spent 4 years working specifically in Criminal Defense and prior to that spent 3 years working Immigration and Criminal defense.
